Palm Beach Skate Zone Refunds & Policies

At Palm Beach Skate Zone, we are committed to providing a clear and convenient payment experience for all guests. Please review our current payment and registration policies:

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards: All major cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• ACH (Bank Transfers): Accepted for online payments through our secure registration system.
• Cash: Accepted only for public skating admissions.
  Cash payments for program registrations (including camps, classes, leagues, parties, and rentals) require written approval from the appropriate department head.
• Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstances.

Payment Timing

• Programs, Classes, Clinics, Leagues, and Camps: Full payment is due at the time of registration.
• Online registration is required for all programs to ensure completion of the mandatory waiver form.
• Public Skating & Events: Payment is due in full at the time of admission.
• Birthday Parties: A deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due at the end of the party, before leaving the facility.
• Private Rentals: A deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due prior to the start of the rental.

Installment Plans

• Select programs may offer payment plans. These must be arranged in advance and require a valid credit card or ACH method on file for scheduled payments.

Account Credits

• If you have an account credit, it can currently only be redeemed in person at the front desk.
• Due to limited space in many programs, we strongly recommend registering early to secure your spot.

Refunds

• All approved refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which includes a 5% credit card processing fee and a minimum $10 administrative fee.

• Public skating admissions and skate rentals are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time purchased.
• If you cannot make your original session, please call us at (561) 963-5900 before your scheduled time to transfer your admission to another available session.
• No credit will be issued for missed or unused sessions without prior notice.
• If you wish to receive a refund for a punch pass, the passes used will be deducted at the regular admission rate of $16 before calculating the refund and are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee and a minimum $10 administrative fee

• Due to the fundraising nature of the event, fundraiser admissions are non-refundable
• These are 50/50 fundraisers where profits are shared with the hosting organization, therefore we cannot issue refunds.​

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time.
• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance may be eligible for a one-time reschedule based on availability.
• No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Please note: All approved refunds or credits are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee and a minimum $10 administrative fee.

• All private ice rental deposits are non-refundable.
• If cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance, a one-time reschedule may be offered based on availability.
• Rental time is only valid for the date and time reserved.
• Please note: All approved refunds or credits are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee and a minimum $10 administrative fee.

• Medical credits may be considered with a doctor’s note.
• Classes are billed on a monthly basis.
• Only 1 make-up class per month is allowed.
• A 30-day cancellation notice is required via the cancellation form on our website.
• No refunds will be considered if the cancellation form is not completed.
• Please note: All approved refunds or credits are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee and a minimum $10 administrative fee.

• No Make-Ups for missed classes
• A 30-day cancellation notice is required via the cancellation form on our website.

• Freestyle sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you cannot make your original session, please call us at (561) 963-5900 before your scheduled time to transfer your session to a future date (based on availability).
• Skaters who miss their scheduled session without notice will not be credited.
• If you wish to receive a refund for a punch pass, the passes used will be deducted at the drop-in rate of $15 before calculating the refund
• Please note: All approved refunds or credits are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee and a minimum $10 administrative fee.

• Registration fees for parties, exhibitions, competitions, and shows are non-refundable.
• Withdrawals due to injury may be considered for a credit with a doctor’s note.
• Please note: All approved refunds or credits are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee and a minimum $10 administrative fee.

• Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable once the season begins.
• Skaters withdrawing for medical reasons may be considered for prorated credit with documentation.
• Please note: All approved refunds or credits are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee and a minimum $10 administrative fee.

• No camper may attend any camp until their bill is paid in full.
• There will only be account credits applied for skating camp cancellations.
• No credits will be given for partial attendance or absences.
• With permission from the Camp Director, campers who have paid in full may switch the week they will attend camp, pending availability. Week switches are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
• If you need to cancel:
  • Cancel 7 or more business days prior to your camp start date and receive a 100% credit minus a $50 administrative fee., usable for any Palm Beach Skate Zone offering. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • No credit will be provided if you cancel within seven (7) business days of your camp start date.
• In the case of illness or injury:
  • A doctor's note is required for any credit to be considered.
• If Palm Beach Skate Zone needs to cancel:
  • If cancellation is due to state, county, or camp location health orders or mandates before camp begins, you will receive a 100% credit usable for any Palm Beach Skate Zone offering.
  • If cancellation occurs mid-week due to health orders or mandates, you will receive a prorated credit based on the number of canceled days, usable for any Palm Beach Skate Zone offering.

• No refunds once the season or clinic begins.
• If a player is unable to continue due to injury, a prorated credit may be issued with a doctor’s note.
• All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of withdrawal.
• All approved refunds or credits are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee and a minimum $10 administrative fee.
